3. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Booking:
Appointments are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as specified at booking).

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of fees.

Late Arrivals:
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may reduce session time or require rescheduling at the practitioner’s discretion.

4. Payments

We accept payments via credit/debit card or any payment methods listed at checkout.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect completed bookings.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of wellness and lifestyle services:

  • All completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Digital products, guides, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Packages or memberships are refundable only if they have not been used.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as technical errors or extenuating circumstances.
